This week I've been....

Spending time with the bestie. We haven't got together in what feels like forever but managed a catch up this week and trotted off to an adult ballet class which was so much fun (although really hard work - my leg muscles are killing me!) Also loving finally getting my hands on some goodies from the 17 Spring collection - namely the Metallic Nudes palette and Va Va Voom lipgloss in So Buff. Boots are running a good old 3 for 2 on 17 at the moment so I picked up the Photo Flawless primer too which meant the lipgloss was freeeeee :)

That the weekends fly by so quickly and that its almost Monday morning again. That its costing me an absolute fortune to fill up my car with petrol when there are no many more exciting and pretty things to be bought with my money. That I can't find my Mac high tea lippie - I think its under the bed but I can't be arsed to venture under there to retrieve it!

Sweeties....

We ventured out this afternoon for a stroll round a local village and stopped of at an old fashioned sweet stop. Cue a pounds worth of mini jelly babies and aniseed balls (yep I have v. random taste in sweets!) I'm polishing them off whilst I write this, washed down with glugs of Sauvignon Blanc. Classy.

I had a flashback this weekend that whilst in Cologne I'd noticed a lot of the girls were carrying bags by a company called George, Gina & Lucy. A quick google search took me to their site and I've falled utterly in love with their leather range (pics below) which includes 5 different styles in 4 colourways. Unfortunately they have no UK stockists although that's probably a good thing - have spotted them on a US site where some different leather styles are on sale for between $490-600! Ouch!

Junior Doctors (fascinating), Masterchef (loving the new format), Comic Relief: Famous, Rich & in the Slums (heartbreaking), The Model Agency (utterly horrendous but ever so slightly addictive!) and good old Take Me Out (Saturday night tv awesome-ness)

Andy worked Saturday morning to take advantage of the overtime so I busied myself with a trip to Primark and nabbed the following bits...

Black waist belt with gold metal trim £2

Pearly dove rings £2 - Teacup/teapot necklace £1.50 - Love earrings £1 - Anchor bow bracelet £2

Wicker bag £6

Taupe/gold bow bag £5

Until next weekend!
